Westernville Pottery was established in 1983 by Carol Butler, shortly after she moved with her parents to Kemble.

Carol, who has a BA (Hons) Degree in Ceramics, gained at West Surrey College of Art and Design, works from an idyllic workshop in the grounds of Westernville - opposite Kemble Railway Station (on the booking office side), where visitors are welcome (see directions).

Here she produces a wide range of domestic stoneware and unglazed terracotta, along with a selection of affordable and different hand-crafted gifts and stationery.
